Fall Classic Charity Golf Scramble

United Way of Sumner County has postponed its scheduled Sept. 22 Fall Classic Golf Scramble in order to best serve our event sponsors and participants, and more importantly, to ensure this event generates the best positive impact possible for our community. The new event date is Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at the Links Course of Tennessee Grasslands in Gallatin.

Registration is open now, and to show our appreciation for your support, golfers who register by Dec. 31 will receive a $20 early-bird discount on their registration fee. Thank you to everyone who has supported our scramble through these uncertain times, and we look forward to continuing our relationships and adding many new partners as we take steps to alleviate the concerns expressed about our fall date. The 8th Annual United Way of Sumner County Charity Golf Scramble will take place on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at the Links Course (previously Foxland) of the Tennessee Grasslands Golf & Country Club in Gallatin. Local golfers will get the chance to hit the links while creating positive change in our community at this charity event that supports the agencies and programs of United Way of Sumner County.

Due to ongoing concerns about COVID-19, United Way of Sumner County will be taking necessary precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy while maintaining the competitive and fun atmosphere associated with our annual charity scramble.

The UWSC Charity Golf Scramble features four-person teams, a noon shotgun start, lunch, and unique refreshments and awards following the conclusion of play.


The cost of this year's Fall Classic Charity Golf Scramble is $150 per player/$600 per team of four golfers. The registration fee includes participation in the Charity Golf Scramble, a Mulligan Package,  lunch, and an awards presentation featuring beverages & desserts following play. The United Way of Sumner County Fall Classic Charity Golf Scramble is getting larger every year, which means your participation as an event sponsor is a win/win for your business.
